All dabMED+ products carry a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for three months (90 days) from the date of invoice. However, this limited warranty will be available only on the original retail purchase from this website or authorized dabMED+ dealers. dabMED+ products under warranty do not include batteries or mod boxes . If a defect in material or workmanship occurs during this period, we will:

  • Repair the product using new or refurbished parts without charging anything
  • Replace the product with a functional product, whether new or refurbished equivalent

All repair and replacement of the product shall be subject to our discretion. No warranty shall be provided for scratches or normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized use, water damage, loss or theft. If we believe that the product has been customized/modified to make any other use than directed in the user manual or the damage has resulted due to any misuse, abuse, or accidents, we may refuse this limited warranty in our sole discretion. No illegal use will be honored by the warranty.

All recovery and refund under this limited warranty shall be subject to the original purchase price. No representatives, including the dealers, affiliates, and agents should have the authority to amend this limited warranty. If any dealer or retailer is offering other warranties, they shall be solely responsible for what they offer.

Besides your legal rights under this limited warranty, you may have other rights for being a resident of certain jurisdictions. The applicable laws, and thus your other rights may vary across jurisdictions. This limited warranty will, in no way, affect your rights under the applicable laws. However, you are not allowed to transfer or assign your legal rights under this warranty or otherwise.

Water damaged products are not covered under the warranty. Pulling the unit apart and/or breaking off the ceramic heating element is not covered under the warranty. Broken Glass, Ceramic Nail, and Quartz Nails are not covered under the warranty.

Please keep your invoice, as we may need a proof of purchase to verify your eligibility for a replacement. Buyer is responsible for sending unit back to receive warranty. No Warranty is offered for international customers.
